Orion Stars Agent Account

The job of an Orion Stars agent

An Orion Stars agent is the person players actually talk to. Recruiting players, issuing logins, taking payments, adding credits and paying out winners all fall to you. The agent account is a single browser login with your own balance and your own player list.

Plenty of agents work entirely from a phone: chats open in one app, the backend open in the browser. Others sit behind a counter with a tablet. The panel behaves the same either way.

Who an agent login suits

• Newcomers who want to learn Orion Stars with a small first load.
• Online sellers who already have players and want a game with linked jackpots.
• Shop owners adding a play-at-home option for regulars.
• Staff working under a distributor who need their own login.

Agent or distributor?

An agent looks after players. A distributor looks after agents and players and can open new agent logins. Unsure how big you want to go? An agent login is an easy first step on Orion Stars. The distributor guide covers the larger setup.

Your first players

When your login is active, make two or three test players. Open the Orion Stars app or the web version, log in as a dummy player, add a handful of credits and spin a few rounds yourself. You will then know exactly what your players see.

Habits of agents who keep their players

Reply fast

Players go where they get answers. Save replies for "how do I download", "what is my login" and "how do I cash out".

Never run dry

Running out of credits during a busy evening loses players. Ask us for the next load before you reach zero.

Log everything

Write down each deposit and payout outside the panel too, so a disputed transaction is easy to settle.

How to open an Orion Stars agent account

Send us a message saying "Orion Stars agent". You receive an empty agent login to explore, then the current rate by message, then you pay and start adding players.

An evening as an Orion Stars agent

Evenings are peak time. Check your balance before players come online, clear any login requests left from the afternoon, then work through reloads in the order they arrive. When the jackpot is high, expect more traffic and plan a reload with us beforehand. Before you sign off, match each deposit to a recharge in the records screen.

Common agent questions

Can I have several logins? Yes, for staff or separate player groups. A player says credits vanished? Open the records together; every move is time-stamped. More in the FAQ.
