Inside the Orion Stars admin panel

After you sign in at the agent link, the Orion Stars backend opens on a summary screen: your remaining credit balance at the top, your players or sub-agents listed underneath, and a search field for usernames. The side menu holds the tools you will use all day: create account, recharge, redeem, records and password changes. Staff logins are tiered, so each person sees only the branch they are responsible for.

The jobs you do every day

Opening a player account

Pick "create", enter a username and password, confirm. The player can sign in straight away on the app or in the browser. A fixed prefix for all your usernames, for example your shop initials plus a number, makes your own players easy to spot.

Loading credits

When a player pays you, search their name and type the amount. The credits move from your balance into theirs at once, and your balance falls by the same figure.

Redeeming

For a cash-out, redeem the amount from the player. Those credits flow back to you, and you pay the player however you normally do. Both directions are logged.

Passwords and locks

Forgotten passwords are the most common request you will get. Resetting one takes seconds. If an account looks shared or abused, lock it from the same screen.

Orion Stars admin login vs agent login

The distributor admin opens new agent logins, watches every agent balance and moves credits to whichever agent needs them. Agent logins share the player tools yet have no button for creating agents. Supplying other sellers needs the higher level; serving only your own players does not.

Using the records screen

The records screen lists every recharge and redeem with time stamps. Filter by player or date when someone asks where their credits went. Keep a short log of your own as well (date, player, in, out) and compare the two at closing time.

Any device, nothing to install

The backend is a web page, so a laptop, tablet or phone all work. Use an up-to-date Chrome, Safari or Edge and always log out on a shared device.

• Choose a long password you use nowhere else.
• Give every staff member a separate agent login.
• Scan the records once a day for anything unfamiliar.
• Suspect a leaked login? Message us right away.
