Orion Stars Admin Password Reset

There is no "forgot password" button on the Orion Stars panel. Resets travel up the tree, and knowing that saves a lot of waiting.

Resets come from the seat above you

Every Orion Stars login is created by the seat one level higher. A store login is reset by its agent or sub-distributor, a sub-distributor is reset by the master, and the master seat is reset by whoever supplied it. If you bought your seat from us, we are the ones who reset it.

What to send when you ask

• The exact username, spelled as it appears in the panel.
• The level of the seat: master, sub, store or agent.
• The contact you used when the seat was first opened, so we know the request is really you.

Never paste your old password into chat. We do not need it, and it should not sit in a message history.

Resetting the logins below you

If you run a master or sub seat, open the account list, find the seller, and use the edit option to set a temporary password. Tell the seller to change it straight after signing in. Keep a note of when you did it, so the log matches your records.

After the reset

Pick a long password you have not used anywhere else, store it in a password manager and sign out of shared devices. If a staff member left recently, this is also a good moment to remove their login.
