Orion Stars Backend Login Troubleshooting

When the Orion Stars panel refuses to open or rejects your password, the cause is almost always one of a handful of small things. Go down this list in order.

1. Check the address and the port

The Orion Stars operator panel runs on a web address that includes a port number after a colon. If you typed the address from memory and dropped the port, the browser lands on an empty page. Copy the full link from the message we sent with your login rather than retyping it.

2. Try a different network

Some workplace and public Wi-Fi networks block unusual ports. If the page spins forever on Wi-Fi, switch your phone to mobile data and try again. If it opens there, the network is the problem, not your seat.

3. Look at the password itself

Orion Stars passwords are case sensitive. Phones like to capitalise the first letter automatically, and password managers sometimes save an old value. Type it slowly in a notes app, copy it, then paste it into the panel.

4. Clear the stuck session

An old tab can hold a session that has expired. Close every Orion Stars tab, clear the site data for that address, and sign in fresh.

5. Ask whether the seat is locked

Too many wrong attempts can lock a login for a while. If none of the steps above work, message us with your username (never your password) and we check the seat status from our side.
