Orion Stars Cash-Out Process for Agents

Cash-outs are where trust is won or lost. A fixed process keeps them quick and tidy.

1. Confirm the request in writing

Ask the player to send their username and the amount in chat. A written request avoids "I meant a different amount" later.

2. Check the balance in the panel

Open the player in your Orion Stars panel and confirm the credits are there. Players sometimes ask while a game round is still finishing; wait until it settles.

3. Redeem first

Use the redeem option to move the credits from the player back into your balance. Only after the panel shows the redeem do you pay the player. Doing it in the other order invites mistakes.

4. Pay by the method in your house rules

Use the payment method you advertised and send the player the proof.

5. Record it

Add a line to your sheet with the time, username, amount and payment reference. Your sheet and the panel history should always match.

Set clear limits in advance

Many agents set a daily cash-out window or a minimum amount. Whatever you choose, publish it before the player plays, not after they ask. More on this is in redeem limits and records.
