Orion Stars Redeem Limits and Records

Clear limits protect both you and your players. Good records prove you kept to them.

Why set limits at all

Without limits, a busy agent can be asked for cash-outs every few minutes, and mistakes creep in. Limits turn an unpredictable stream into a schedule you can handle.

Common kinds of limit

  • Time window: for example, cash-outs handled between set hours.
  • Minimum amount: small redeems batched until they reach a threshold.
  • Per-day count: one or two cash-outs per player per day.

Publish them first

Put the limits in your pinned house rules and send them to every new player before their first load. Changing limits after a player has won feels unfair, even when it is not.

Records that hold up

For every redeem, log the time, username, amount and payment reference. Once a week, export or screenshot the Orion Stars panel history and compare it with your sheet. Any difference should be explained the same week.

Handling exceptions

If you make an exception for one player, note why. Exceptions without notes are the first thing that confuses you a month later. The step-by-step cash-out routine is on the cash-out process page.
