Orion Stars Recharge & Reload

The word recharge means two different jobs on Orion Stars. A player asks an agent to recharge a username; an agent asks a distributor to reload the seat. Keeping those two apart solves most confusion.

Two kinds of top-up

Points always travel one step down. A player never gets points straight from a distributor, and an agent never gets them straight from the studio.

A player recharge, step by step

1. Confirm the payment has actually arrived before touching the panel.
2. Search the exact username at orionstars.vip:8781 and compare it with your own notes.
3. Enter the amount, check it once more, then confirm.
4. Send the player a short message with the new balance so both sides have the same record.

When an agent reloads from the level above

Agents and stores reload by messaging whoever opened their seat. Say which username to fund and how many points it needs. Our own customers get a private quote, pay first, and see the balance move as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no credit line at any level.

Why a recharge sometimes stalls

• Empty seat: the agent balance is lower than the amount, so the panel refuses it.
• Wrong username: a single swapped letter sends points to someone else. Undoing that needs the other player to cooperate.
• Player app not refreshed: the balance is there, but the lobby still shows the old number until the player reopens it.
• Payment not yet cleared: wait for it. Recharging on a promise is how agents lose money.

Points that seem to vanish after a reload are covered on Orion Stars points not received.

Reload timing

Agents who run out usually run out on a Friday or Saturday night. Restock while it is quiet and keep a buffer that covers your busiest evening. The reload schedule page suggests a simple weekly rhythm.

Recharge notes by country

Local time zones and payment habits change the routine a little: Nepal, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Nigeria, the USA, Canada, the UAE, Kenya and the UK.
