Organize Your Orion Stars Player List
A messy player list costs Orion Stars agents time, credits and goodwill. Here is a simple way to keep yours organised as it grows, from the first username to the hundredth.

Why a tidy player list matters
On a new Orion Stars backend the player list feels small and easy to remember. A few months later it can hold hundreds of usernames, and that is when mix-ups start: credits loaded to the wrong account, a regular who feels forgotten, or a cash-out request you cannot match to a person. A little structure from the start saves hours of searching later.
Pick one naming pattern and keep it
Decide how every Orion Stars username will look before you create the tenth one. A short prefix for your shop or team, followed by a number or the player's nickname, works well. Avoid real full names and phone numbers in usernames, because they show on screens your staff can see. When every account follows the same pattern, a quick search in the backend finds the right player every time.
Keep a simple player sheet beside the backend
The backend tells you balances and history, but not how a player likes to be contacted or which bonus you promised them. Keep a private sheet with the username, the chat app they use, the date they joined and any special arrangement. Update it the moment something changes, not at the end of the week.
Sort players by how often they play
Split your list into regulars, occasional players and quiet accounts. Regulars deserve fast replies and steady reload times. Occasional players respond well to a friendly message on your busy days. Quiet accounts that have not loaded in a month are worth one polite check-in, and if there is still no answer, leave them alone rather than sending messages over and over.
Clean up test and duplicate accounts
While learning Orion Stars, most agents create a few test players. Left behind, they clutter searches and can hide stray credits. Once a month, review accounts you made for testing or that a player opened twice, move any balance correctly and note what you closed. Our guide to reading the Orion Stars transaction log helps you confirm nothing was missed.
Limit who can change player accounts
If staff help you, give each person their own login and only the access they need. Then every load and change can be traced to someone. See Orion Stars staff logins and security for a sensible setup.
Practise on an empty account first
Before you spend anything, we hand you a blank Orion Stars login with zero balance. Use it to rehearse your username format and create a couple of sample players safely. Loads are prepaid, new clients currently get a 14% promo, and you can keep up to 60% holding. Message us for the current price and we will help you get your player list organised from day one.
