A shop runs Orion Stars a little differently from an online agent. Customers stand in front of you, pay at the counter and expect a quick turnaround.

What a store account is

On Orion Stars, a store seat is simply an agent login that lives behind a shop counter. It has the same tools as any agent seat: create players, load, redeem and read the log. The difference is the routine around it.

A counter routine that stays tidy

• Ask each new customer for a short username they will remember, and write it on a card for them.
• Take payment first, then load, then show the customer the new balance on their phone.
• For cash-outs, redeem in the panel before handing anything over, and note it in your sheet.

Staff and shifts

If two people work the counter, ask for a login each. At shift change, write the closing balance on a handover note. It takes a minute and makes any gap easy to trace.

Customers play on their own devices

The store does not need extra screens. Customers install the Orion Stars app on Android or iPhone, or use the browser version. Point them to the download page on their first visit.
