A frozen login is stressful, but the fix usually starts with a few calm checks.

First, work out what is frozen

Is it your own agent seat, or one player account? A player account can be disabled from your panel, sometimes by accident. Check the player's status in your account list before anything else.

Common reasons a seat stops working

• Too many wrong password attempts.
• The seat above you disabled it, on purpose or by mistake.
• A supplier problem further up the tree, which is why buying from unknown resellers is risky.
• Temporary maintenance on the platform side.

What to gather before you message

Your username, the time it stopped working, the exact message on screen and your last known balance. A screenshot of each saves back-and-forth.
