Orion Stars Glossary of Panel Terms

New sellers hear a lot of shorthand. This glossary explains the Orion Stars words you will meet in the panel and in chats.

Balance and credits

Balance: the number of credits in your seat right now. Credits / points / coins: different words for the same balance. Load or recharge: moving credits from your balance to a player. Redeem: moving credits back from a player into your balance when they cash out.

Seats and people

Seat: any login in the panel. Master: the top of a seller tree. Distributor: a seat that runs agents. Sub-distributor: a middle seat between a distributor and agents. Agent: a seat that serves players. Store: an agent-level seat used by a shop. Staff login: a login for a helper, with its own name in the log.

Records

Log or history: the list of every load, redeem and transfer. Report: a summary of the log over a date range. Holding: the share kept at your level, agreed when your seat is set up.

Player side

Username: what the player signs in with. Lobby: the game list inside the app. Linked jackpot: a jackpot shared across many players, shown in the lobby.

Words players use

Players say “put me on”, “load me up” or “top up” when they mean a load, and “cash me out” or “pull” when they mean a redeem. Recognising these saves back-and-forth questions and keeps your replies quick.

Chat shorthand

Empty or demo account: a zero-balance seat for testing. Prepaid: credits are paid before they are added. Min: the minimum order, 5,000 points on our 14% promo.

Put the words to use with the log reading guide and the platform overview.
