Why weekends drain balances

Players have more free time on Friday and Saturday nights, and many get paid around the end of the week. Loads come in faster than on weekdays, and the evening rush can use up a balance that would last two weekdays.

The Thursday check

1. Look at last weekend’s total loads in your log.
2. Compare with what is in your panel now.
3. If the gap is large, message us on Thursday rather than Friday night.

Sizing the order

A simple rule: cover last weekend’s total plus a margin for growth. If you are new and have no history, start with the 5,000-point promo minimum and watch how fast it goes. After two or three weekends you will know your number.

Why not Saturday night

Ordering in the middle of a rush means players wait while you pay and confirm. Even when we reply quickly, the gap costs goodwill. Ordering ahead takes the pressure off everyone.

Holidays and paydays

Long weekends, holidays and the days around common paydays behave like extra-busy weekends. Mark them in your calendar and treat the day before as your reload day. Distributors should remind their agents too, because one agent running dry can send their players looking elsewhere.

Keep a reserve

Even with good planning, a surprise rush happens. A small reserve you never dip into except in emergencies buys time to place an order calmly.

After the weekend

On Monday, write down the weekend total in your sheet. Over a month that column becomes your planning guide, and it shows whether a larger, less frequent order would suit you.
