House rules tell players how your Orion Stars page works before they ask. Copy the outline below, change the details to match your service, and pin it.

Why publish house rules

Most disputes start with a missing expectation: how long a load takes, how cash-outs are paid, whether a bonus applies. Writing it down once means you can point to the rule instead of debating it each time.

Template outline

1. Accounts: one username per player; do not share your password.
2. Loads: send payment, then your username; loads go in after payment is received.
3. Cash-outs: request in private, state the amount; we process requests in order.
4. Bonuses: current offer is described in the pinned post and ends on the stated date.
5. Hours: we reply between the hours listed; messages outside them are handled next session.
6. Respect: abusive messages lead to removal from the group.

Keep it short

Six to eight lines is enough. Long rules do not get read. If something needs explaining, link to a longer note rather than packing it into the pinned post.

Update with a date

When you change a rule, add the date at the top so returning players notice. Do not change rules in the middle of an open cash-out.

Example of a clear line

Compare “cash-outs are fast” with “cash-out requests are handled in the order received, usually within our reply hours”. The second sets a real expectation without promising a time you might miss on a busy night. Aim for that tone in every rule.

What not to include

Leave out promises about winning, claims of being an official Orion Stars agent, or anything you cannot deliver. Your rules should describe your service, not the game’s outcomes.
