Orion Stars Agent Telegram Setup

Telegram suits agents who want one announcement channel plus private chats with each player. Set it up properly once and it saves time every night.

Channel or group?

A channel is one-way: only you post, which keeps announcements clean. A group lets players talk to each other, which can be friendly but noisy. Many agents run a channel for news and handle everything else in direct messages.

What to pin

• Your working hours and time zone.
• How a new player gets a username from you.
• The player link start.orionstars.vip:8580 and the app install pages.
• Your cash-out steps and typical waiting time.

Privacy settings

Hide your phone number from people who are not contacts, and set a public username instead. Turn off the option that lets strangers add you to groups; spam groups are a common nuisance.

Loads happen in private

Never discuss balances, usernames or passwords in the channel. Each player gets a one-to-one chat where you confirm their payment and the amount loaded.

Watch for imitators

Copycats sometimes clone an agent’s name and photo. Remind players that your handle is the only real one and that you will not message first demanding money.

Keep it tidy

Archive finished chats weekly and label active ones. Our group chat management guide covers moderation if you do run a group.
