Orion Stars Player Password Reset

When a player forgets their Orion Stars password, they come to you, not to the studio. Resetting is quick; checking who is asking is the part that matters.

Check who is asking

Before resetting anything, make sure the request comes from the real player. Ask a question only they would know, such as the amount of their last load or the date they joined. Messages from a new number claiming to be an existing player deserve extra care.

Resetting in the panel

1. Open your agent panel and search for the username.
2. Open the account and choose the password reset option.
3. Enter a new temporary password.
4. Save and note the time in your records.

Sharing the new password

Send it in a private message, never in a group. Ask the player to sign in and change it right away.

If someone else got in

Sometimes a player says their balance disappeared. Check the account history: if spins or redeems happened that the player denies, reset the password immediately and talk the player through securing their phone. Do not promise refunds before you have looked at the log.

Agent password vs player password

This page is about player accounts. If you have lost access to your own agent login, that is reset by us; see admin password reset.

Prevention

Encourage players to use a password they do not use anywhere else and to avoid sharing their phone. A short note in your welcome message is enough.

Agents are supplied by our Orion Stars distributor team; for safer panels, read the backend security checklist.
