Orion Stars Points Not Received

You paid for an Orion Stars order and the balance at the top of your panel has not moved. Before worrying, run through these checks.

1. Refresh the panel

The balance does not always update in a tab that has been open for hours. Refresh the page or sign out and back in at orionstars.vip:8781.

2. Check the username

Look at the confirmation we sent. Does the username match the seat you are signed in to? Agents with more than one seat sometimes check the wrong one.

3. Payment status

Some payment methods take time to clear. We load after the payment reaches us, and we tell you when that happens. If you have not received our confirmation yet, the order may still be waiting on the payment.

4. Timing

Loads usually go through shortly after payment is confirmed. During very busy periods there can be a short queue. A large order announced in advance is processed faster.

5. Message us with details

Send your username, the amount, the time you paid and the payment reference. With those four things we can check quickly.

Players with missing points

If it is your player who says their points are missing, the steps are different: check your own panel history for the load and read how to read the log.

Avoid it next time

Order before your balance is nearly empty. The reload schedule page shows how to time it.

Still missing? Contact our Orion Stars distributor team and include those four details; the contact page lists every way to reach us.

This guide is one part of our Orion Stars distributor site; the home page lists the 14% promo and all three login levels.
