Orion Stars Refund Requests

Sooner or later a player asks for money back. Most refund requests fall into a few predictable types, and each has a fair, simple answer if you decide it in advance.

The usual reasons

1. Paid twice by accident. The player sent the same payment two times. Check your incoming payments; if the second one is real and nothing was loaded for it, return it or load it, whichever the player prefers.
2. Loaded the wrong username. This is your mistake to fix. Pull the points back from the wrong account if they are unplayed and load the right one.
3. Changed their mind before playing. Decide your rule now. Many agents allow a reversal only if the balance is untouched and the request comes within a short window.
4. Lost and wants it back. Played balance is not refundable. Say so kindly and firmly.

Check the panel before answering

Open the player's history at orionstars.vip:8781 and confirm whether the loaded points are still sitting there or have been played. The log settles most arguments in seconds, and a screenshot of it is easier for a player to accept than your word alone.

Writing a refund line for your rules

Keep it to two sentences. For example: “Unplayed loads can be reversed within one hour of loading. Once a game has been played, the balance can only be redeemed under the normal cash-out rules.”

When you need our help

If points went to the wrong place inside your own seat and you cannot pull them back, message us with the usernames and times. We can look at the history from above, though the fix still depends on the balance being unplayed.
