Orion Stars Sub-Agent Weekly Review

Once other people sell under your Orion Stars seat, you need a regular look at how each one is doing. Fifteen minutes on the same day each week is enough.

Pick a fixed day

Monday afternoon suits most teams because the weekend rush is fresh and the new week has not started. Tell your sub-agents that this is when you look at the numbers, so nothing feels like a surprise.

Four numbers per sub-agent

Reading the pattern

A sub-agent whose reloads are growing steadily is doing well; offer them help to grow further. One whose reloads stopped suddenly may have lost players, or may be buying elsewhere. Ask, politely.

Raising a problem

Keep it private and specific: the date, the amount, what you expected. “Your Saturday reload was paid on Tuesday, can we fix that timing?” lands better than a general complaint.

What to share back

Sub-agents appreciate a short note in return: what went well, anything new on the platform and your reload hours for the coming week.

Setting up sub-agents in the first place: sub-agent setup. Your own reconciliation: weekly reconciliation.

All of these notes sit under our Orion Stars distributor service, which opens an empty panel before any payment.
