Orion Stars Cash-Out Delays

Slow cash-outs lose players faster than anything else. Most delays have ordinary causes, and most can be prevented with a bit of planning.

The usual causes

• The player did not send the details you need.
• You have more cash-outs than payout money set aside.
• It is a peak night and messages pile up.
• Your house rules on timing are vague, so expectations differ.

Separate payout money

Keep the money for paying players apart from the money for buying points. If both come from one pot, a big reorder can leave you short on a night of wins.

Ask for everything at once

Your cash-out reply should request the username, amount and payout details in one message. Back-and-forth over missing details is the most common reason a cash-out takes hours instead of minutes.

Publish a window

“Cash-outs are handled between 10 am and midnight” is far better than “as fast as possible.” Players accept a stated window. They do not accept silence.

When you are late

Send a short update: you have it, you are on it, here is when. One honest line beats ten minutes of nothing.

Process in the panel first

Redeem the credits from the player’s Orion Stars account before sending money, so the same balance cannot be played or cashed twice.

Review weekly

Note how long each cash-out took. If the average creeps up, it is time to adjust hours or add a helper.
