Orion Stars Agent WhatsApp Setup

Most Orion Stars agents run their business through a chat app, and WhatsApp is the most common. A tidy setup makes you look reliable and saves time every day.

Use a separate number

Keep your personal chats away from your selling chats. A second SIM or a second number on WhatsApp Business means you can switch off at night without missing family messages, and players never see your private status updates.

Business profile

Fill in a short description, your working hours and a greeting message. A clear profile picture, not a stolen game logo, helps players recognise you. Avoid claiming to be official; players respect honesty more.

Quick replies

Save answers for download links, payment instructions, your hours and cash-out times. WhatsApp Business lets you insert them with a shortcut, which keeps you fast during a rush.

Groups vs broadcast lists

A group lets players see each other and can get noisy. A broadcast list sends one message to many people privately. Many agents use a broadcast list for announcements and keep one-to-one chats for loads and redeems. Our group chat guide helps if you do run a group.

Privacy

Never post usernames, passwords or balances where other players can see them. Ask players to send payment details privately, too.

Backups

Turn on chat backup. When a player disputes a load months later, your chat history plus your panel log tells the full story.

Our own team is on WhatsApp too; reach the Orion Stars distributor desk at +1 (724) 466-2790 or via the contact page.
