Orion Stars Balance Transfer Mistakes

Most money lost by new Orion Stars agents is not stolen. It slips away through rushed transfers. These are the slips we see most often and the habit that prevents each one.

Sending to a similar username

Players often pick names that differ by one letter or a number at the end. When you search in the panel, open the account and read the full username before typing an amount. Keeping a list of your players with their real names beside their usernames helps a lot.

An extra zero

Typing 2000 instead of 200 during a busy Friday is easy. Slow down for the amount field, and read the confirmation screen out loud in your head before you press the button.

Loading before the money arrives

A screenshot is not a payment. Wait until the funds are visible in your own account. Agents who load first and check later eventually meet a player who never pays.

Redeeming the wrong amount

At cash-out, take back exactly what the player asked to redeem and confirm the remaining balance with them. Mismatched redeems cause the longest disputes. The cash-out process page covers this step by step.

What to do after a wrong load

• Check whether the player has started playing with the balance.
• If not, message them politely, explain the slip and redeem the extra back.
• Write down what happened with the time, so your weekly totals still match.
• If the balance has already been played, decide with the player how to settle it; the panel cannot undo spins.

The two-second habit

Username, amount, payment received. Check those three things before every confirm. It costs two seconds and saves hours.
