Orion Stars VIP Players

A handful of regular high-volume players can make up a large share of an agent’s week. Serving them well takes planning, not favours you cannot afford.

Spot them early

Look at your load log for players who reload often or in larger amounts. They are the ones most affected when your balance runs out or your replies slow down.

Keep enough balance

A big player may reload several times in one evening. Before peak nights, check that your balance covers at least a few of their usual loads on top of everyone else’s. The weekend reload guide helps with timing.

Agree limits in writing

Set clear minimums and maximums for loads and cash-outs and send them to the player in chat. Written limits stop arguments when a large redeem comes in.

Cash-outs

Big cash-outs need the same care as small ones, only more. Confirm the amount, redeem exactly that in the panel and pay on the schedule you agreed. Our redeem limits guide covers records.

Bonuses

A loyalty bonus can be a nice touch, but tie it to clear rules you can afford, such as a small extra on the first load of the week. Random large bonuses create expectations you cannot keep.

Respect

Reply quickly, keep their details private and never pressure anyone to play more. Players who feel respected stay with you longer than those who feel pushed.
