Orion Stars Recharge in Australia

A recharge is the moment a player sends payment and you move points onto their username. In Australia the main challenge is timing: three mainland time zones and players who often sit overseas.

Two recharges, two directions

People use the word for two different things. In one sense, recharging means you hand points down to a player. In the other, it means we refill your own seat. Both need to be smooth, and the second one decides whether the first is even possible.

Time zones that matter

Sydney and Melbourne run on AEST (UTC+10, plus daylight saving in summer), Adelaide sits half an hour behind, and Perth is on AWST (UTC+8). Queensland skips daylight saving, so a Brisbane seller is an hour behind Sydney from October to April. Write your hours in one zone and stick to it in your pinned message.

Handling a player recharge

1. The player sends their username and amount.
2. You wait for the payment to show as received, not just "sent".
3. You load the exact amount in the panel at orionstars.vip:8781.
4. You reply with a short confirmation and log it.

Keeping your own seat ready

Check your balance at the start of every shift. If it would not cover your three biggest regular players reloading at once, restock before the evening. Running dry halfway through a Saturday is how agents lose regulars to someone else.

Late-night requests

Decide whether you serve after midnight. If not, say so clearly and switch on an auto-reply. Players accept limits far more easily than silence.
