Your Orion Stars Month-End Review: 7 Checks

Published October 28, 2026 · Orion Stars blog

One quiet evening at the end of each month shows you what really happened in your Orion Stars room. These seven checks turn a busy month into clear next steps.

Why a month-end check is worth an evening

Daily work in an Orion Stars room moves fast: loads, redeems, new sign-ups, password resets. Week to week it is easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Setting aside one quiet evening at the end of each month lets you step back, see what actually happened and decide what to change before the next month starts. It is a habit that separates agents who grow steadily from those who are always reacting.

1. Pull the month's records while they are fresh

Open your backend and export or note down the month's activity before older entries become tedious to scroll through. Our guide to reading the Orion Stars transaction log explains what each column means. Keep a simple sheet with one row per month so you can compare months side by side later on.

2. Compare credits bought against credits loaded

Add up how many prepaid credits you purchased during the month and how many you loaded to players. The gap tells you how much stock is still sitting in your account. If you ran short several times, you probably need a larger order or an earlier reorder point. If a big balance sat unused for weeks, you can order smaller amounts more often.

3. Look back at your holding

If you already log your figures each week, as described in our post on tracking your Orion Stars holding every week, the monthly total is just four or five numbers added together. Note whether the month was steady or driven by one unusually busy weekend, since that changes how you plan. Remember that Orion Stars agents can keep up to 60% holding, so it pays to know exactly where yours lands.

4. Review redeems and any unusual requests

Scan the month's cash-out requests for anything that looked odd: repeated requests from one account, amounts that did not match the player's history or redeems you had to delay. Our page on redeem limits and record keeping has ideas for setting clear rules. Writing these cases down each month makes patterns visible long before they turn into problems.

5. Count active and quiet players

Go through your player list and mark who played this month and who went silent. A short, friendly message to quiet players often brings a few of them back. For more ideas, see our notes on keeping Orion Stars players coming back. Also note how many newcomers joined and where they found you, so you know which channels deserve more effort.

6. Tidy up accounts and access

Month end is a natural moment for housekeeping. Remove staff logins nobody uses, change shared passwords and archive test players you no longer need. Small security checks done regularly save a lot of stress later.

7. Set one or two goals for next month

Finish by writing down one or two specific aims, such as reaching a set number of active players or never running out of credits on a Friday. Keep them small and measurable, then check them at the next month-end review.

Start the month with the right stock

Once your review shows how many credits you really need, place your next prepaid order with confidence. New clients get an empty Orion Stars account with zero balance to explore before paying anything, and there is currently a 14% promo on top. Message us for today's price and we will help you plan a sensible order for the month ahead.
