Orion Stars Player FAQ Sheet

The same ten questions reach every Orion Stars agent again and again. A pinned FAQ answers them once, in your own words, and frees your evenings for actual loads.

Questions worth answering

• How do I download the app or open the web version?
• How do I get a username?
• How do I pay and how long does a load take?
• How do I cash out, and is there a minimum?
• What are your hours?
• I forgot my password. What now?

Write answers in two lines

Each answer should fit on a phone screen without scrolling. "Send me your username and the amount. I load within 10 minutes during my hours" is clearer than a paragraph. Link to a longer guide only where needed, such as installing on an iPhone.

Include a safety note

End the sheet with a warning: you never want a player's password, and you never open a chat from a strange number to request money. It protects players from impostors using your name.

Keep it current

When your hours, payment options or cash-out rules change, update the sheet the same day and post a short "FAQ updated" note. An outdated FAQ causes more confusion than none at all.

Language

If your players speak more than one language, keep a short version of the FAQ in each. Even a basic translation of the six key answers saves many back-and-forth messages.

Use it in replies

When a question is already in the FAQ, answer it briefly and add "this is also in the pinned FAQ". Over time players check there first.
