Orion Stars Two-Person Cash-Out Check

When an Orion Stars agent works with a helper, a second check on larger cash-outs catches most costly mistakes before money leaves your account.

Set a threshold

Small cash-outs can be handled by one person. Above a figure you choose, for example the value of a typical night's loads, ask a second person to check before payment goes out. Write the threshold in your internal notes, not in the player group.

What the second person checks

1. The username in the request matches the account in the panel.
2. The redeem shown in the history at orionstars.vip:8781 matches the requested amount.
3. The payout details match the ones that player used before.
4. Nothing about the request breaks your house rules.

Keep it quick

The check should take two or three minutes. Share a screenshot of the redeem and the request in a private staff chat, and the checker replies "OK" or asks a question. Players should not notice any delay beyond a few minutes.

Working alone?

If you have no helper, do your own two-step check: redeem, then wait a minute, reread the request and the history, and only then pay. That short pause catches mistakes rushing would miss.

Why it is worth it

One wrong payout can wipe out the margin from a whole week of loads, and getting money back from the wrong person is rarely easy. A short second look is cheap insurance.

Record the sign-off

Add a column to your sheet for "checked by". If a dispute ever comes up, you can show exactly who reviewed the cash-out and when.
