Training a New Orion Stars Sub-Agent in 5 Sessions
A new sub-agent login is quick to open, but the person using it needs a little coaching before they handle real credit. This five-session plan gets them ready without risking your Orion Stars balance.

Why training comes before the first load
Opening a sub-agent login on your Orion Stars distributor panel takes a minute. Teaching the person behind it to use that login well takes longer, and skipping that step is where most early problems start: credits sent to the wrong player, redeems approved without a check, or players left waiting because the new helper was unsure what to do. A short, planned training spread over a few days protects your balance and your reputation. If you still need to create the login itself, follow our Orion Stars sub-agent setup guide first, then return here.
Session 1: a tour of the panel with no money involved
Start on a login that holds zero credit. Sit with your new sub-agent, in person or on a video call, and let them click through every menu while you explain what each screen is for. Ask them to find the player list, the recharge screen, the redeem screen and the history page without help. When they stumble over a word, point them to our glossary of Orion Stars panel terms. The goal of this first meeting is comfort, not speed, so let them make mistakes while nothing is at stake.
Session 2: test players and tiny practice loads
Next, have them create two practice player accounts using the naming pattern you already follow in your own room. Send a very small amount of credit down to their login and let them load it onto one of those practice players, then move it back. Repeat until the steps feel routine. Show them how each action appears afterwards in the history, using our notes on reading the Orion Stars transaction log. A sub-agent who can read the log can usually answer their own questions later.
Session 3: welcoming a real player
Once the mechanics are clear, let your trainee handle one genuine new player while you watch the chat. Give them a written welcome message they can adapt, such as the one in our Orion Stars player onboarding script, and remind them that usernames and passwords are only ever shared in a private message. Afterwards, talk through what went smoothly and what felt awkward. One supervised welcome teaches more than an hour of explanation.
Session 4: redeems, disputes and when to call you
Cash-outs are where a new helper needs the clearest rules. Agree on a checklist they must complete before approving any redeem, decide the size above which they must message you first, and give them a standard reply for requests they cannot settle alone. Our redeem request template is a useful base. Also list the situations that always go to you: a player claiming missing credits, a suspected second account, or anyone asking for credit before paying. Your rule stays the same at every level of the network: every load is prepaid.
Session 5: a full shift with you in the background
For the last step, let the sub-agent run a normal shift on their own while you stay reachable but quiet. Check in at the end and go through the history together, line by line. If the numbers match their notes and players were answered promptly, they are ready to work without supervision. If not, repeat the session that covered the weak spot rather than starting over. From here, a regular check such as our weekly sub-agent review format keeps standards steady.
Hand over a one-page cheat sheet
Close the training by giving your sub-agent a single page they can keep beside their phone. Include the panel address, your reply hours, the redeem checklist, the escalation rules and the wording for common player messages, borrowing from our post on answering Orion Stars player questions. Your master passwords never belong on that sheet. A trainee works from the separate login you opened for them and nothing more. For the wider rules on who holds which password, see how we handle staff logins.
Keep your distributor balance ready for a growing team
Every trained sub-agent will soon ask you for more credit, so plan your own supply ahead. With us, every Orion Stars order is prepaid, distributors and agents can keep up to 60% holding, and each new client first gets an empty account to inspect before sending any payment. New distributor accounts currently receive a 14% promo on a first load of at least 5,000 points. If you are still deciding which level suits you, read our guide on becoming an Orion Stars distributor, then message us for price and we will set up your empty panel.
